This sounds not like what you ordered. I would return them. All of the good windows and even some of the cheap ones have more than just the UPC codes on them. There should be something there that states they are Energy Star Windows, but with the screens being wrong size I would send them back.

If you had a contractor purchase them, check ALWAYS with your local Better Business Office (BBB) this way you will know if others have had problems with the contractor. If he is a good contractor he should have given you all the papers that came with the windows including warranty papers.
