I recommend running hot water through it. Straighten the hose out a little at a time.
And then, let the hot water stay in the hose for 10 minutes. Then straighten it out completely and leave it in the sun. ?? Is that possible in January, ha ha?

uncoil it on a hot day and fill it with water and leave it to warm up.
To fill it with water there has to be a hose attachment which is closed to hold the water in. Turn off the faucet as soon as the hose is full. Once it is warm and the water in it runs out warm empty it (faucet off) and you're good to go

Run hot water through the hose while its running close the end, let the water keep pressure on hose and stretch it out and leave it that way for a day.
