Default What can I put above my kitchen cabinets to decorate (inexpensively)?

I have about two and one half feet of space between the cabinet tops and the ceiling. They are about 10 ft long.

Our house has exactly the same things. My fiance went to local flea markets and garage sales and found all kinds of old neat dishes, pots, pans and pitchers - and it turned out really nice.

How about those jars filled with oil and infused with fruits or vegetables. They are very pretty and inexpensive too.
