I will soon be redocorating my living room. I want to paint the walls red, but i am not sure what color carpet would go well with this is. I have a light almost white cream color durapela sofa and loveseat. I need help with everything from the carpet to curtains.

Carpet: white, off-white, tan, black

Furniture: white, black, gold or chrome

if you paint the wall an eye poping color it is better to stick to a nutral accesories and furniture, so say light coffe or beige carpet. with wood toned decore like frames and coffetable. it helps with toning down the color.

red walls
white trim
tan accent

um, get some red white and black throws and pillows for your couch and seating.....
an off white carpet would go well.
with maybe a small retro rug somwhere

for curtain. try a white or a gray

it will give your living room the modern retro look.
very nice if you pull everything together.
