I would like to have fake vines on top of the cabinets to give a comforting feeling.

I would suggest using a staple gun if your cabinets are wooden. If you don't want to make holes in your cabinets or if they are metal, use a hot glue gun.

Arrange the vines before you attach them to your cabinets. Take a few steps back from it and look at it to make sure you like how you have them.
