What in the hell are you talking about? That is a strange thing to do!

You will need to have your scented wax in a deep enough container to fit the towel in. Will you be folding the towel into a shape for the wax? You fold it and dip it, and then bring it out with a stick or something so as not to burn yourself. Remember that melted wax is highly combustible so take care with it at all times. Set the towel on wax paper or a metal cookie sheet, shaping it as necessary, and let cool.
