What can I do? They cut the grass maybe once a month and the weeds on the side of their house are about three feet tall. Last year they went on vacation, was gone a month, and never had anyone cut their grass. We got fed up with it and cut it ourselves. My husband spoke to one of the board members, who just happens to live on our road about it and all he said was that he did think people should arrange to have their grass cut when out of town. The problem is, they still won't cut it when they are home. I've lived here for over 6 years and the yard has always looked bad. Should we talk to the board member again? They have the worst yard in the neighborhood and it really looks bad when the rest of us keep our yard well maintained. Please don't suggest a privacy fence, because the rules state we can't have fences in the front yard.
Jeff, there just happens to be two pedophiles on the next street over.. one of them being my daughter's best friend's dad! And people pay to live in nicer neighborhoods to prevent the crap that I'm talking about. I have a right to complain.
