contruction/landscape company for 6 years... already and today was christmas bonus day and I feel frustrated, angry and impotent because I got the same amount I have got for three consecutive years which I believe it is very unfair. My third year in the company I got a $500.00 bonus, the fourth and fifth it increased to $1000.00 and this year I was pretty sure I would get $ 1,500.00 but it was not so, got the same shitty $1000.00. I did a lot of extra stuff this year and that counts to increase my bonus, now, I feel that if I go to talk to my boss and he starts replying I am gonna get angry and just quit immediately. On the other hand, it is my only job and I am the only one with a household income. What should I do in this case?
