Default When should I expect acceptance or denial to Cal Poly schools for Landscape...

...Architecture? I applied to Cal Poly SLO and Pomona for Landscape Architecture at the beginning/end of October (respectively). Is it normal for it to take this long (it is Jan. 23rd)? I know my major is competitive, but I am a transfer student with a 3.5 GPA and previous work experience in my major. Any ideas?

I haven't heard from either one and my online application status says it is still under review. Is it normal for it to take this long (it is Jan. 23rd)? *so not hearing an immediate denial is a good sign?
