your property? This is regarding the property of my parent's home in a suburb of Toledo, Ohio. I've heard that if someone mows the grass on your property for a number of years and maintains the property over many years, that same person can then claim they own the land because they have helped to maintain or have maintained the land. Anyone else ever heard of this? The land in question is about 10 feet wide and about 200 feet long - it is part of lots owned by my parents and also the city right-of-way that the city never mows anymore.
