It happens to me all the time, but it's not early morning.

I work shifts so sleep at odd times.

And my neighbour always seems to pick these times to do the lawn, do DIY with power tools etc etc.

And then has the cheek to complain if I do my lawn when he's sleeping, he works shifts as well.
