Default Flower planting on a grave.?

I haven't a clue about gardening but would like to plant a grave with flowers preferably low maintenance and colour all year round if possible.
What types/combinations do you suggest?
Location N. Ireland.

How about heathers & bulbs. heathers only need trimming to keep them in shape & to flower, bulbs multiply & grow every year..there are heathers & bulbs for each season
