CRAIGSLIST SUCKS. I use it and I get mostly cheap indecisive jerks who waste your time...
"I was ONLY thinking about it"
"I'm gonna get a few more bids"
"Thats too much, I can get laborers at Home Depot for Cheaper"
& SO on and SO Forth!
