if latex used luke water and soap on a sponge and rub it off
then rinse.
if oil used mineral spirit the wash off

theres 2 things you can do... 1 is go to home depot or loews, and buy laquer thinner. Im pretty sure that will work if not, just prime the blue paint and paint over it again.

I think you have to get some white-ish primer and then re-paint that section. 3 huh? I wish you the most luck in this venture!

i wold just paint over it untill it's wihght agen and use white paint.

you can buy "KILZ" at walmart, lowes, a paint store etc. you can get in spray can form or but it by the can. you either spray, or paint it over the blue paint, let it dry and paint your white on. if the stain is still showing thru, just repeat. I promise it works.
