How do I download a jpg to my mobile to use as a wallpaper?

How do I download a jpg to my mobile to use as a wallpaper? I am a bit clueless with this kind of stuff I'm afraid. Can I do this at all? Same with screensavers etc..... My phone is a Samsung E390. Please help!!!
I'm also on Orange by the way.
