we hate the wallpaper in our apartment. we are not permitted to paint or wallpaper over it. i need some sort of creative idea on how to cover these hideous walls without damaging them. does an adhesive exist that won't damage the wallpaper?any ideas will be greatly appreciated!
1-i'm NOT permitted to paint or wallpaper.
2-i can't afford to move.
3-tape pulls up the paper(it's extremely old) and thumb tacks leave holes.
i'm not permitted to remove it.
