mache and how much would it cost? what type of stores would I go to to buy wall paper adhesive/paste and paper pulp/cellulose fiber? and how much money would it cost?

I want to make paper mache for a project...

Home depot, lowes and hardware stores.
Also arts and craft stores more than likely will have it.

Cheaper way to do paper mache
Mix one part flour with about 2 parts of water until you get a consistancy like thick glue. Add more water or flour as necessary. Mix well to get out all the bumps. Add a few tablespoons of salt to help prevent mold!
