Default Why is paint peeling off sheetrock walls when I remove posters held on with tape?

I'm gonna repaint them soon, how can I avoid this from happening again?
Whoever answers my question with a reply like, "don't use tape" is a complete MORON!! I'm not THAT stupid!! I think people sit on their heads most of the day. That's why they can't read into questions better. I'm asking what to prime the wall with you idiots!!!!!
