Default How do I paint where wall meets grout tile...?

I'm painting my bathroom and I have ceramic tile along the wall. Where the tile meets the wall there is grout, and I must say the grout line isn't very straight.
My question is, do I paint over the grout right up to the tile, or do I try to paint at the grouts edge and just have it look uneven, do to the grout line being uneven.
If I do paint right up to the file, over the grout, is the color going to be different? The texture sure will be...
