I am going to use these things that you stick on the wall in this color http://www.wall-pops.com/candyredbig.jpg I want to put the strip horizontal like a chair rail a little bit below the middle of the wall. I just don't know what colors to paint above and below it. I was thinking maybe red on the bottom and orange on the top? Or maybe one wall red and one wall blue? I also want to put some dots up but not sure what color? Please help. I am not the best decorator!!
