Is there any way to make my Windows XP wallpaper a whiteboard?

I am trying to make my windows wallpaper an active whiteboard, so I can take notes and write reminders for myself. Is there any application that works this way? Also, are there any other applications for Windows XP that display on your desktop in leu of a basic image. (Not a series of images, either). Thanks

I don't know anything about wallpaper white boards but Avedesk lets you keep wdget like notes which youc an write reminders on. They stay on your desktop at all times and you can move them around. Check it out: http://www.avedesk.org/
