Default Is it possible to add plumbing to an antique pump?

Sounds a little weird, I know, but I have a really old house & I'm a little obsessed with keeping it historical. I have a great dry sink with an old pump & wondering if I can run plastic tubes through it so I could get hot water & use it for our kitchen sink.. Not sure how I could get on/off valve in there, though... Ideas?

You're racking my brain on a Monday! The hot water would have to be separate, anything you connect would just feed the well, the apparatus in the pump would crush any tube. Some things are not meant to be. You would have to drill and tap the pump spout and add a check valve and regulator, ruining any historical value.

add an electric pump to the top of the well with a pitless adapter and seperate the lines with one running into a hotwater heater, the electric pump will keep it on a constant on in your pipes, the on/off is your faucet
