need house remodeled or redesigned. Where to find local (in Oregon) low cost help?

house has awkward lay out. Living room has bad traffic flow and no usuable wall space for TV. Fire place is across only corner. Stair way on other wall. Window on 3 wall. Need a redisign. Remodel or just help.
