Default Is Remodeling A Mobile Home Worth It?

I found a 1998 mobile home 14X80 that is basically very rough inside and needs to either be redone or put out of it's misery.
The company that owns it says they will take 5K cash and move it to where I want.
This gives me a chance to stop renting and make a place the way I want.
I'm just wondering if I put another 5K + into it, will it be worth it?
