I am currently renting a house with the option to buy. We are looking at buying in July. However the house is not big enough for us. And there are some remodeling that I would like to do. In all, I estimate the cose to be $62,000 the cost of the house is $70,000. Should I stay and remodel or try to find another house. The house currently has 3 br and 1.5 ba with a HUGE yard. I need at least a 4br,dr,2.5ba with a double garage. Which it may be alittle hard to find something like that in this area. Not impossible just hard.
