My husband and I are considering buying a house that was foreclosed on, but the previous owners tore it apart before leaving. It's quite frankly, a mess! I just want a general idea how much it might cost to re-do everything from light bulbs to bath tubs!!! Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks for the help so far. More details......the previous owners ripped out the carpets and other flooring, ripped off the railings for the deck and the balcony, all the counter tops are gone, it even is missing a few electrical outlets and more!!! The structure and roof are in good shape though, it's basically just the interior that needs fixing up. We need to get people in to assess the piping and electrics, so not sure on that yet.
