I recently noticed a cluster of white bumps at the roof of my mouth. It was never there before Yet my dentist says it's a natural bump - whatever that means. Additionally, I've experienced occasional burning tongue. I'm going to see an oral surgeon next but I'm curious as to what these symptoms might be.
