Cost of Installing Door?

I live in Northeast Pennsylvania. About how much would it cost to have a builder remove a front entry door, 3' and 2 12" sidelites, discard it ,pick up and properly install a new door with sidelites? I just want a general idea of how much this should cost. Thanks.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, probably somewhere in the neighborhood of $400-$500.
