Default i have a 6in door opening that a 4 in door frame was installed in, I need

bigger hinges so door opens.? door frame is installed on outside which leaves 2 inches inside, when door is opened it hits the trim and does not open all the way. Any suggestions?

I would reinstall the door and frame to stop any further future problems because your going to have them. This is why you should either have someone that knows what they're doing or, find out the proper way to install a door. It's not simple but, it's not that hard either. Good luck.
