Is it safe to site a slimline dishwasher on a worktop over a washing machine?

I have a very small kitchen and I do not have room under a worktop. I have a table top model but it does not hold enough for my needs.

I think that it should be safe because you mention the dishwasher standing on a worktop, so that means it is away from any vibrations from the washing machine.
