Default Can dryer venting damage neighbors wall?

Hi,
This is my first post. We are changing our basement a bit and moving our laundry so that it vents out the side rather than the back.

Our neighbor seems very concerned that the venting will cause damage to her wall because of the humidity. Their exterior wall is 3 feet away from us. Is this a valid concern? If so, are there any steps that can be taken to address it?
Thanks very much.
Warren
