Default Changing my downlights is similar to a Rubic cube

Hi,

I consider myself reasonable savvy and DIY capable. But my downlights have me stumped and scratching my head.

I don't know how to get to the bulb in order to replace them.

The casing does not appear to swivel/screw out, nor is the whole unit removable from the ceiling (it's held in by pins and any attempt to remove them has resulted in a fair amount of ceiling coming with it).

So, to the wider community on the forums, can anyone help with this particular model of downlights? I have attached the images... open to questions or ideas? Im sure it's simple and will be highly embarrassed when I realise how it is done.

Thanks for any help!
