Default If you were a home buyer, you had a tight budget and you wanted to...

...change/remove/replace carpeting, cabinets,? flooring, painting, would you find it helpful to have someone as a consultant to guide your through the process of doing those things? Would you pay a small fee for this service depending on your needs? What are your thoughts?
