need everyone's advice on something!

Me and my grandmother live in glenside sk, and we have a bathroom floor that looks like the rocky mountains

. i need a compuond that i can pour down that is light enough to level itself yet solid enough when dry as well as smooth enough to lay down peel&stick tile. any advice? i just need a name of a compound.
